In reply to Michael Hollenbeck's response to my review, rather I was a client or not does not absolve him of his responsibility to abide by and adhere to the code of professional conduct of his profession. He committed to providing an assessment for a potential dental malpractice case, obtained the documentation he requested from me and never provided it, did not respond to many requests over a year's period for an update on his evaluation which he never provided nor returned my dental records which are a vital part of my medical records covered by HIPPA.
