He will never discuss your case with you, just ask for more & more money. He will reschedule your court date for a couple of years. I paid the guy 5K & he kept asking for more money! My case ended up getting dismissed

If I could give 0 stars I would because he is the worst attorney that anyone could possibly get. I ended with him because they recommended him to me and it’s been over a year that he had been working on my case and I met the guy TWICE. Wouldn’t appear in court, wouldn’t even give me the time of day to speak to me about my case, all he would do was have his secretaries or whatever they are ask for more and more money when he was doing absolutely nothing hence why I never wanted to finish paying him because I never even witnessed him proving any services. Go with Ray Garza instead or any other lawyer even court appointed if possible because this man all he does is rip people off.

I had a case out of Brownsville, Texas and ended up hiring this guy to handle it. It was honestly the biggest waste of money. First off, he never spoke to me about my case. I lived in another State and was forced to fly in multiple times to appear just to be given a sheet of paper with my next court order. He never told me what he was going to do, what was going on in the case, never even let me see the police report when I asked. It was simply, GARBAGE. The one time I actually had something done was when he had another attorney from a different firm cover for him. This attorney, I don’t remember his name unfortunately, was amazing. After speaking with him, he told me he didn’t understand why my case didn’t go through the diversion program yet. He immediately set me up to eventually get

He will charge you crazy money, pretend he is really helping you, won’t tell you anything about the case advise you that if you don’t pay who ever he is representing is going to do a lot of time. He doesn’t even work on the case he just requires money and more money and the Secretary is who you will talk too most of the time.
