This service is giving free legal help to a millionaire I have an issue with services that pick people that are not in need. It’s pretty obvious when someone owns multiple houses collects a lot of money from their investments as inherited money they don’t do their due diligence which means that people in need are overlooked or their vetting process needs to be better. I am told that he qualified and if he qualified than the people really in need are not getting the help very disappointing.

The help we received was life changing for my disabled daughter. We owe it to Anne for the compassion and understanding she had, and the professionalism she possessed.

This company is unbelievable, unhelpful and down grading. Any time I have asked for help over the years, I have not recieved it. I had a few workers act as if they know what they were doing, but they had no clue. I explained to one worker, if he doesn't understand or have the correct answers, that he shouldn't speak on situations he has no idea about, that he shouldn't give legal advice. That worker then got upset, he did raise his voice as if he was someone other than a professional worker. I do not understand how legal aid is still around. This company has a very bad history of not helping low income family's. False advertisement and they need to find professional legal help workers.

I have a hard time to reach them. I cannot go online. I call them up. Nobody returned my call 20 minutes. 40 minutes. One hour no matter how much I Waite nobody call me back
