very helpful. friendly service willing to help even though I live in dauphin county. they have got me on the right track on dauphin county mid penn turn me down and told me to go to Lancaster. I was able to speak with someone who got me on the right track and put a bug in somebody's ear and dauphin county to help with a divorce so very much needed. I thank them all... helping me as we speak 🫶🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was an absolutely horrible experience!!! My sister requested that my mom talk to them (Mid Penn Legal) about her situation on the phone, since she has anxiety and depression, and can’t handle stressful situations. However the lady completely ignored her request and said she HAD to talk to my sister since she is over 18. This lady really didn’t know what she was talking about considering I’m 23 and am still able to have my mom talk for me whenever I want to. I have never run into such a rude intake person for a legal establishment! I definitely would not recommend them! They also talked very condescendingly to my sister on the phone. It really stressed out my sister! I’m so upset!

The attorney that got assigned to me was VERY rude, her name is Brenda Zimmerman. She was telling me there was absolutely nothing she could do for my case, she took it as my yelling, but for someone that's getting evicted and will be out on the streets it's frustrating, in the end she hung up on me because she felt like I was yelling. She was not understanding at all and seemed like she didn't even want to help. However, the receptionist Pam is very very nice.

I was very upset with the service this office provided. My wife was trying to assist a battered young lady and Michael Lister obligated my wife for supervised visits without her consent and now we have to hire a lawyer to have her removed. I found it amazing how without her consent the courts in PA could have her assigned, not pay her, and place her in harms was and yet we have to pay a lawyer of our own to correct this lawyer's failure to do his job right the first time. I have called and tried to resolve this issue, my wife has called and nobody wants to return a call or fix the issue they caused, completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and seek assistance elsewhere.

They are good low cost/pro bono legal assistance for a wide variety of things. They have helped me over the years with filing for divorce, help with unemployment benefits, & now trying to erase some of my legal history.
