Milberg

I was T Boned, was in the middle of therapy when they called and said the lady is not taking blame after she gave me her information so I could file a claim. It felt like my injury wasn’t enough money for them to pursue so they dropped me after 1 month of therapy and I was left with the therapy bill Milberg sent me to. So I lost my car, money and have a bad back because of Milberg incompetence!

I signed up with the firm and don't feel like they are working for me. I had to get all my records signed to settle lawsuit it's been 2 years and I haven't seen anything yet

They were going to handle my Phillip CPAP case for 3 years they told me the case was doing ok, I then called to get an update and was told they dropped my case without notice, never send me a letter as per contract with time for me to get another attorney and by that time I could not refile my claim. This Lawfirm is completely unethical

Devon and Joan did an awesome job handling my auto wreck. I was able to recover without worrying about insurance issues and bills. These guys worked diligently and stayed on top of everything dealing with my case, as well as checking on me throughout my recovery from surgery and physical therapy.
