First and foremost, BETH in that front office who they have answering phones is one of the rudest condescending people I’ve spoken to and I know she does not get paid enough to speak to people the way she does as if she’s above everyone! You’re a receptionist you’re there to answer questions and direct calls stop being so ignorant and rude to everyone for doing what they pay you to do!!!!!! When someone has a question stop acting like it’s such a bother for you to answer it! This is our money we’re trying to get taken care of not yours! On to KITTY! Note that all negative reviews are successful collection accounts that are upset they had to pay their debt...The fact they're posting negative reviews proves Mr Miles office is very successful. Very friendly, great communication, and effective at getting non-payers to pay!! Will continue doing business with them and will refer others

Is No stars a rating!!! They are the absolute worse with communication, customer service, answering the phones and emails! They also do not do what they say…they are suppose to be a collection agency type for these companies but the are far from that all they want to do Is garnish your wages they will not work with you on a payment plan.

Horrible experience dealing with this office. I fully paid off a garnishment of approx. $5300 in July 2022. I received a new judgement letter almost 6 months later saying that I owed more $ due to interest and fees and they garnished my wages again. The new amount was taken from my paychecks and was paid in full as of January 19th. I received a new letter yesterday telling me that they're reinstating my garnishment AGAIN. I've already paid close to $600 above what the garnishment order was for. I'm obviously upset , as anyone would be. I've spoken to the local court and was told there is a 7-10 week backlog in payment postings due to being short staffed. I've tried calling their office several times to get some help on this issue and the lady I have to speak to is extremely rude, talks

They don’t answer the phone or return calls the garnishment has been paid for 3 weeks ago and they’re still taking money out of my checks I’ve tried for 2 weeks calling them and they don’t answer I’ve left numerous voicemails and nothing😡🤬
