Marissa Washington specifically is the person that mishandled this claim... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My vehicle was struck by a city trash truck on 1/11/24 and since it is a "city vehicle", the claim goes under my insurance. So in the process of getting things settled with the city I got 2 separate estimates for repairs that both totalled between $6000-7000 but when it came time to get an estimate from progressive their repairs only totalled $3300. If I could give no star, I would. They have been calling us for weeks offering their help. We dealt with Natalie Esquivel. I was just giving her information I received from my ex, after verifying the information it was not true. Not her fault at all but that she does not even take the time to call me to inform me of the decision when the bill is $5000 is really unprofessional and a waste of time because these matters are time sensitive. To top it off, when I called her, she was really disobliging about the whole thing then LIED that she left a voicemail, but not sure to which number. We listened to all our voicemails again and she never even tried to call us.
