Posting for Kaitlyn. I 100% recommend Amy. She worked so well with me and got my divorce on the move as simply and easily as possible. Shes easy to access and explains things thoroughly. She does not give off the stuck up lawyer vibe and is very down to earth.

I was a client of Amy Miller for over a year. She appears to be a prompt and courteous lawyer who is good at negotiating outcomes and minimizing conflict when possible. The downside is she has no bulldog lawyer in her at all. She goes along to get along. In my view, hiring was a great mistake. At first, I was happy with her representation, but her lack of willingness to advocate for her client in court is a big downside. She absolutely is intimidated by Judge Gavin and will do anything to avoid representing a client in front of him. She is terrified of this judge to the point of being ineffective. If your case is being heard by a master (unelected "judge/special master" at a lower court setting where there's an informal hearing), then she will try to resolve the case and negotiate

Do not hire Amy! She has now represented my husband for 2 years now. I told Ms. Miller from the very beginning that my husband had/has been lying from the onset of Custody. Almost 6 years now. She told me if she found out my husband was lying, she would fire him. I showed her FACTS that he has lied on previous Petitions. I sent her emails. I showed her things that any Parent would be worried about. She has lied on Petitions, stating I alleged things, which I did no such thing. In fact, again, I showed her facts. How can you allege Police Involvement with Minor Children, when there is Incident Number??? To be clear, there is no liable here, nor is it slander, defamation of character.
