I received assistance from them and it was completely wrong.So I spent $60 for nothing , and of course , no one wants to take accountability for the wrong information. Not knowing the difference between modification and stipulation forms can result in a huge and costly mistake.

Very disappointed by service here. Staff did not give me actual direction or listen to my concerns. They kept telling me to hire an attorney which was something I already knew and if I could afford to I would have done so. My son committed suicide and I received a summons from his insurance company as they were unclear who the beneficiary should be i.e. wife or family. His wife demanded a divorce, showed him filled out documents and told him to vacate their residence asap. Note: he did nothing wrong, the spouse just decided to change gender identity after 8 years together, 3 yrs married. Sadly, I had no access to his papers or things in his home except for when he initially passed we found a video will on his computer and a completed will that was signed but not witnessed. Great place but they need more staff or a new way to help people so they don't get booked up hours before they close!! Come here at least 2 hours before they close!! So basically as soon as they open!!
