Zero Stars! I am astounded by the lack of integrity. They bailed on their client who runs a black and women-owned small business that empowers women and under represented groups in male dominated industries. Mitts Law was my personal business lawyer since 2016 and represented me at closing when I purchased a building for my retail business. They set up the holding company to purchase the building and created the lease between that holding company and the retail business. I thought everything was fine until 2 years later I got notice of a lawsuit against the holding company because of a slip and fall on the property.
