Mold Firm - Georgia’s Construction Defect Law Firm

I hired Mold Law Group and paid nearly $10,000 for assistance with a mold exposure claim. Over more than a year and a half, they referred me to four different attorneys, all of whom declined my case because the materials provided were not sufficient to pursue a claim. I have repeatedly reached out to the firm for a refund since their attorneys dropped my case, and for documentation I requested, but they have failed to provide these and have been unwilling to refund my payment at this time. In my experience, the services I paid for did not deliver the results promised, and the issue will be pursued through formal complaints. I would caution others to carefully consider this before hiring them.

We started our journey with the Mold Firm approximately 3yrs ago. And although the process was gradual and slow, we were able to resolve our issues with our insurance carrier favorably with the guided help of Carson Jeffries, Esq. in mediation this year. You see, we sought the legal assistance of the firm because of our carriers adamant refusal to indemnify us for our damages (I would elaborate on the intricacies but I am legally barred by contract from doing so). Thus, please know without the legal assistance from the firm, we would not have received any indemnification for our damages. So again, many thanks to the firm for their assistance in this matter.

This place is an absolute SCAM! After 7 months and $7,500 retainer fee Mr. Carson Jeffries did nothing but waste our time and money. He would take weeks to respond to emails and when he did it was just full of excuses. He took our case without carefully looking through our commercial lease. When it finally came to taking action he then came up with reasons why our lease would cause issues with taking legal action, something that should have been known prior to taking our case.
