Within the 2 years my case was going I was helped what seemed very little. Not once did Mr. Montemurro show up in person to any of my court dates via person, even when he was told multiple times by the judge to be there. Every single time there was another reason (excuse) that he could not show up. I have another case In another state that I was told that he would take care of, which was stated in front of a family member, that after my current case was done that I found out nothing was ever done about my previous charges. He then charged me a new retainer fee in which I thought was for my old case only to later find out by my prohibition officer that it was for the same case just because it became a felony case. I paid double for the same case. He also rarely contacted me with any updates
