Having had health issues for years affecting my ability to work, let alone general life, I reached out to Aimee (Accredited Disability Representative). We discussed my situation, my options, what the entire process was to apply for Social Security Disability. I am posting this for my sister, Maureen Grimes. She was injured in September of 2024. I googled an attorney in New York and Morrin and Sands came up. I read the reviews and chose them to represent Maureen in her request for social security disability. Maureen was so very pleased with Aimee Buckley! Aimee communicated often with Maureen and was always available for her. Even after Maureen was awarded SSD and the case was closed, Aimee assured her that she could reach out in the future if she had any questions.

From the moment they took my case I was at ease. Amy Buckley assisted me with the steps for applying to Social Security, always answered my calls to answer any questions that I might of had and ultimately did all the legwork to make sure everything submitted was correct and accurate. On my first application I was approved and the process was seamless.

If I was ever in this predicament again I would not use Morris & Sands for my workers comp case. They were uncommunicative throughout the entire process & seemed inexperienced in workers comp law. To make matters worse they instructed me to get MRI’s done at one of Open MRI’s facilities of both knees , both sides of my hips , and spine. Workers comp insurance only covered my left hip and left knee & now Open MRI has filed a lawsuit against me for an unpaid bill of $2,988.65 plus lawyer fees !! I called Morris and Sands office after months of not getting a response from them through email to see why I was getting charged and now sued for the MRI’s that THEY instructed me to get & the attorney had the audacity of hanging up on me after 1 minute….Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them
