I had the opposite experience that Christine had. I found the support staff very responsive but it was the fantastic results we had with their professional staff, namely Andrea Alonso, Esquire that impressed us the most. We are very pleased with their representation and have referred them to other companies who are also impressed with their professionalism.
The staff is incompetent, rude and unprofessional.
