If I could leave a zero I absolutely would. This place is horrible horrible horrible. You can not get anyone on the phone to speak with you about your account. Even if you ask for a callback when you answer the phone the hang up right away. Some how they are sending people to serve me despite making all my agreed upon payments. Their communication is intentionally poor. They want to send things to court so they can make your payments higher with court fees. Don’t respond to emails like come one and legit have my correct address but sent a server to the wrong address like what those are shady practices no one is unwilling to pay them their money but when you’re trying to be shady about it I take issue with that. Definitely going to report them to the proper channels.

By far is the worse. They claim high volume and long and be on waiting time with a promise for a call back once is your turn because you will not lose your next in line. No call back no nothing . I think this is extortion making time past so they can put a lean on your home or vehicle

HORRIBLE!! I have tried to call going on 2 weeks now. I have faxed and emailed as well. I have left messages. I have stayed on hold for over 1.5 hours (then get voicemail) Finally got the receptionist on the phone.. Manager not there, nobody can help, they have a high call volume.. blah bla. To be a collection company and not have anyone to speak with or return calls. This is not my debt, I'm helping out a client of mine. She has called numerous times as well. This is keeping the clients from selling their property. All we have been trying to get is a payoff.

I was very nervous about paying my debt through this company because of the horrible reviews, but my experience was actually great. I filled out the contact form on their website, and they contacted me, helped me get my debt paid off, and the representative I spoke with was very nice. I did notice they have a different phone number listed on Google versus their official website, so try both if you have trouble reaching them. You can also call the company you owe directly—in my case, I was in debt with Capital One, and they transferred me over to this company when I contacted them the first time before filling out the contact form.

Impossible to get a hold of. Everyone file complaints with the cfpb and state attorney general. We should not be waiting an hour and a half every time we need to make a payment. Its 2026, set up an online portal so we can login and pay
