Sorry excuse for an attorney... listen to the reviews.... avoid this man at ALL cost. He is not for the innocent only for the courts. I could have defended myself. This person was SO UNPROFESSIONAL and should be disbarred. I was told to plead guilty on something that I didn't do. I wasn't shown any evidence nor an affidavit. You can NEVER get in contact with this man and he will charge you $$$ whether he works on your case or not. A complete waste of time... remove his opportunity to defend people because he is just another problem in the system. STAY AWAY if you know what's good for you. He didn't review any of the information with my until a trial and I was left in the dark. Just pathetic

Wish there were negative stars. He is rude. He will not answer or return calls. He is nervous about responding to emails because he doesn’t want his comments used against him. He tried to meet me at the court house with NO notice to discuss my case. He also tried to withdraw after I filed a complaint against him. Which I knew since a trial date was set the judge would not grant. But even with me telling him this he still tried. Do not hire this man. He will talk about the case with the judge and prosecutors violating attorney client privilege. He is for the state only. We all know the courts a corrupt and he tried to make me look bad by telling them I said that. I actually told him I owe him a thank you because now they know I know and I am watching and reporting there errors. Don’t waste

Very sketchy. Absolutely the worst attorney in fort worth if you can even call this guy an attorney. If you don't want a returned phone call, a returned email, guy who's working against you the entire time then he's your guy. He also leeches of the tax payer because nobody will hire him so the only thing he does is tell you what the DA is offering. I will contact the state bar with a complaint and evidence against him. This guy is the definition of a conjob

Mr. Mckay is my court appointed criminal defense attorney who I have yet to experience his services, but his office was very helpful over the phone and courteous to say the least. Fingers crossed that he can assist me in receiving fair and just treatment in my court hearings.
