Mt. Diablo Trust

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My mother in law used them to save some money and create a Living Trust. She recently passed and we are being told the Living Trust was done incorrectly and her home was deeded into the Living Trust with the wrong assessor's parcel number. It has been a nightmare to undo what this company did and filed with the County. Plus has cost of thousands of dollars so far. They state they are not a law firm or lawyers BUT they were paid to help with legal documents and did not get that right and do not stand behind their work when they screw up.

Jacqueline Jolly, the owner of Mt. Diablo Trust does the best work on Living Trusts in California. I have used other trust attorneys in the past and they did not have the expertise that Ms. Jolly has. Highly recommended!
