I had some delinquent CC debt sent to the law firm for collections/negotiations. I got upside down, it was no one else’s fault. I read all the bad reviews (not surprising, they are a debt collector) and felt compelled to combat the narrative with my experience. I called during business hours and got the receptionist after a short wait. I spoke nicely to her, explained why I was calling, and she spoke nicely back. She transferred me to the attorney working my case. The attorney (she) didn’t pick up right away, so I left a brief message on why I was calling and a contact number. As a Debt Settlement Company we haven been trying to settle accounts from two clients and it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. I have sent over 12 emails and they do not respond. I was able to speak to Miguel once and he advised me to communicate through email and never heard back. I spoke to the front desk person and explained the situation and her answer was "I am so sorry the attorneys don't email respond my emails". I do not understand how a bank such as Wells Fargo is able to hire a firm like this, and after working with firms for more than 15 years I have never seen such a BAD business like this one. We are tring to PAY THEM so imagine if you need something else, this is ridiculous! And after reading the same reviews is just unbelievable!

Naderpour and Associates was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. I got put in touch with Miguel, and we were able to work out an agreement. They were clear, attentive and responsive over the phone, and I appreciate the kindness they showed me every step of the way.

Probably one of the worst debit collection agencies out there! They never return your calls. We were found in default and never had a chance to plead our case or set-up a payment plan. They authorized Wells Fargo to take over $9,000 from our savings account! Terrible firm and really should not be in business since their practices are definitely not above board!

Just unbelievably rude, I cannot believe companies pay this "law firm" money to work on their behalf. If I could give zero stars to Naderpour & Associates, P.A. Due to their repeated and ongoing failure to provide even the most basic level of communication or customer service. I have made more than a dozen phone calls, left numerous voicemails, None have been answered. Today, I finally got someone on the line, only to be abruptly transferred to a voicemail box without a single word of assistance or follow-up. This is not just poor service it is a complete failure of professional responsibility.
