When you have to evict a tenant it is a stressful situation. Hiring a lawyer is supposed to ease some of that stress. Hiring Mr Nance did not alleviate any stress. He piled it on. We went for a consultation which she said would be $150. We decided to hire him and gave him a $750 deposit. He said if we did not need to go through with the eviction process we would be get a $500 refund. We agreed. There were several times in the following weeks that I needed my lawyers advice, but I never got a response. Mr. Nance left me 2 email addresses that were returned undeliverable 60 days later, the tenant moved out. We contacted Mr Nance and he promised via phone, and email that he would mail it immediately.
