Nate Strand, Tax Attorney

Nate helped me get out of a NYC lease with a skeevy landlord. Couldn't have done it without him! He responds quickly, understands the issues thoroughly, and is exceptionally personable.

This lawyer is not competent to perform, and definitely not competent to engage in any real estate matters. I won't speculate on what is going on with him, why he repeatedly said he would do things he didn't do, why he showed to court completely unprepared for a critical appearance - I had to take over and his only response after was "live to fight another day" - not even an apology for his complete failure, why he was so easily duped by opposing counsel, why he refused to apply for restraining order that I won myself - but too late. Just stay away. I could have hired someone else, if I had all my belongings wouldn't have been manhandled by strangers, it makes me sick to think about it and so angry that he refused to do his job. history but I can try to prevent someone else from suffering.

Have been working with Nate over 2-yrs now, and he has been able to solve almost ALL of my IRS & business issues. Pretty knowledgeable & responsive !!!!
