Very helpful. They helped me against a landlord during a difficult time.

This is the worst service you can provide for anyone in need of assistance.. you never get a call back.. you have to leave a million messages and keep getting passed around like a football,,

Well I was reading some of the comments and I agree with some of them, I've been dealing with a situation for close to a year now so I decided to take legal action against my apartment complex for discrimination and not following through a promises they have made so I reached out to this community service because I don't have no income I'm disabled so after the first time I sent a request I received a call back to set up a appointments with council they never called me so I called once again and she set me up another council only for them not to call me once again it's sad that you know we understand this is a free service but we still are people that needs help we understand you have other courts dates and trials and things you have to be at but we are still the community that needs assis

I am not having the best experience with this organization, I'm sure that everyone there is like the person that is supposed to be helping me, but I feel like the individual is very opinionated and is emphasizing more on what I need to show the landlord when the landlord isn't violation of not providing heat for over two years. I have decided as of last month withhold renting to the issue is fixed and it has not been, yet my council has been on me showing that I have all the rent and nothing in regards to giving the landlord a time frame into which they need to fix my heat. Pretty disappointed I will be looking into another organization to help me out with this matter or just deal with it myself cuz I have done the research and I pretty much know what I need to do and what paperwork I need

Not happy with my service. Applied for help because of medical problems I had to deal with and was out of work for a year. The lawyer who was assigned to me barely did anything and drug it out for nearly two years only to tell me that he „finally heard back from Them and didn’t know why it took so long“ and that I didn’t have an application on file even though I did put one in. And then flat out lied to me claiming he was trying to contact me for months when I hadn’t had a call or email until this past week. Also claimed that I never told him that I had a job when I did very early on in the process and he acknowledged it then. 10/10 would not recommend this legal team. If I had known that this would happen then I would never have went through them.
