I started our immigration journey with them way back in 2013. I had 3 cases with them and I never had a problem with them. Me and my wife got our permanent resident card this year 2017 and Atty. Nelson and his coworker Andrew helped us a lot. They showed us how much they care about our cases and always gave us straight and sincere answers to our questions which helped made us calm and lighten the load that we were carrying. Words are not enough to describe how good and knowledgeable they are in immigration law and I would definitely recommend potential clients to call now and ask for their advise. There's always no harm in asking.

Had an appointment at 1pm today and got a call verifying said appointment. I wasted about 2:30 hours total and a full days off work to not be able to meet with the lawyer. Staff was truly unprofessional I would have appreciated at least the courtesy of knowing the lawyer wasn’t in on time of appointment. I wouldn’t have minded waiting to see if he where to make it. I got there half and hour early, an hour into waiting I called to get an ETA. Twenty minutes later I was approached by a worker and told attorney wasn’t in yet and he would be calling. 10 minutes later same worker approached me until I asked was I going to be able to see him today I was told I wasn’t and I would received a call from said attorney. It is almost 10pm and I’m still waiting for the stupid call.

Nelson and Associates is very efficient with the cases. They attend to every details and good in dealing with our clients. definitely recommend them.
