The correspondence with our litigation lawyer was lacking in comparison to my prior firm. She seemed pre occupied and not truely present for my case after being very sure of herself and confident. Difficult to contact and never in the office. There was a very nice administrative assistant that tried to be helpful but found questions that required the need to speak with your actual lawyer. My husband and I grew exhausted with the anxiety this law team relationship had on us. It was an easy case and we will be dealing with a firm with more finacial law background established representation and care for their clients.

A law firm which is not showing away from making someone a partner who has been racist and verbally abusive towards clients. One of their new partners called me “insane” after I asked him kindly for a clarification (I have the texts to prove it) and insulted a former Persian team member of mine in a racist manner (also documented). I stopped working with them of course, and they failed to provide the proper documentation - simply ceased to communicate…but made the new attorney I worked with a partner. I can share anything if asked for. Our team is kind and patient, but we do not tolerate abusive and racist behavior.

Receptionist in the Columbia office was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and provided discrimination. I would not utilize this office for any services.
