So I was told about NLS from a friend them knowing me and my small family needed help due to a series of unfortunate events in our life. I contact them seeking some type of assistance a life line so to speak. Me and the mother of my child don't or never had family or friends to assist with anything, so we're depending on the assistance. Said they could help but kept requesting information that I was unable to get . Made a determination based on false information and do not reach out or respond in a timely manner. I felt like she was not listening to me. I am very disappointed with the lack of care that I received.
