Liz and Bruce are very accommodating. They do their best to go above and beyond for every client they see. If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and need legal support, this is a great place to go.
The lawyers' service is unacceptable. Poor attitudes, unprofessionalism, and disregard for deaf culture and accommodations are evident. They are rude and use Jewish holidays as an excuse. I don't support this business. Without an interpreter, I'm facing eviction, and employee videos demonstrate a lack of understanding of deaf individuals' needs. That is Discrimination, which the lawyers fail to comprehend. Not recommended for deaf individuals seeking assistance. Zero the Stars!!!!!
