James is an outstanding attorney. He knows his stuff and people would do well listening to his advice. If you don’t want to get ripped off by the big law firms that charge you for every paper clip I recommend Mr. Newth. You may have to do a little bit of organizing your stuff and be willing to do what he asks for paperwork concerning your case but well worth it. I know he has more experience than 99 percent of attorneys in DFW and is friends with many of his clients long after Doing business.

The absolute worst attorney I’ve ever met. I had to do all the work as far as all the paperwork goes. Well a friend of mine did. He never called or text or emailed me when I was suppose to be in court and I got in trouble once when I didn’t show up cause I wasn’t informed. He’s getting very old and very forgetful. After mediation I was not ever informed of a court date to finalize it and I didn’t even know it was finalized till I called him a couple of months later when he let me know it was finalized. And I was wanting to change my name back to my maiden name and he knew that but I blew the opportunity to do that cause I didn’t even know I was suppose to be in court!! So now I can’t change iit back unless I want to have to pay to do it! He’s absolutely horrible and needs to retire since
