I have used other travel notaries and was completely average. HOWEVER, I called Sylvia Sargeant (Next Level Notaries) and she is BEYOND PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TIMELY. I was told give me 7 minutes and I will be at your location and she arrived literally within 5 minutes and COMPLETELY PREPARED. I will never trust or use anyone else. Have a need for Notary Public on Sunday and need to confirm that it could be done on the date and time requested. First used their online form, then Email, and Finally left a phone message. NO RESPONSE at all. On her outgoing vmail it said will contact in 24 hours. No soap on their service. Thought it was important to post a review as the only glowing review might justify someone else wasting their time trying to contact this place.
