Great customer service, they are well educated about the law, explain and answer questions in detail. They also speak multiple languages. Once all my paperwork was send to immigration it only took around 5 weeks to get my case approved and I was able to get my temporary residency card and work permit, feels so safe to drive with a license now. Waiting a few more months to finally get the green card and hopefully 3 years to become a citizen. Thank you Nguyen Team for all your hard work.

I tried to call and hope the office to help or explain about the immigration informations. I came to USA with this lawyer office help me and my family. But the officer (not Mr Tuan) , she is very meant and rude, unprofessional when she explained, she talked with me really rude and rated her voice, seem like I’m a stupid person and don’t understand what she is saying. Maybe she in the bad mood , or bad day. But be professional and nice with your future client.we are living in USA, we are not living in Vietnam, and you think you can rate your voice , or show your ugly attitude when you work in the lawyer office.

I was a customer and had an approved case. Let me do a detail review for your reference. 1. The good: There were two lawyers I talked with in the office (Mr. Nguyen and Mr.Hector). In my opinion, Mr.Nguyen has a calm vibe and thus his opinion always sounded solid. He also returned phone calls if you asked for him. Again, I only met with him once and talked to him twice. So far he does have an expertise in immigration. Mr.Hector is more vibrant. I was once angry at how the office got the work done. He knew how to diffused the anger. He seemed to handle all the "out of states" case. He did provide me an advice about medical record. However, that advice wasn't correct so I am not quite sure if the USCIS was wrong or he was wrong.
