tell me to leave my questions for attorney to reply and tell me to call back for follow-up. 2 weeks call back for follow up, staff stated my questions had been given to attorney and never know when questions will be answered. Really? then why your firm ask my personal info and leave my questions.

Based on my experience with the staff and the attorney, I must express dissatisfaction with the service. The cooperation is subpar, coupled with high fees, resulting in an overall poor experience. I would advise against considering this office for your needs.

Front desk had the worse attitudes ever. When you call in to make an appointment, they tried to take personal info that made customer feel uncomfortable and invase confidential matter. And immideately cut off the phone call, if customer reject to disclose private info to her because she is not a lawyer who will take care the case. Sound like a SCAM service!!! Everybody becarefull with this online ad. They are rudes if they can not SCAM you!

A great lawyer! She helped me get a green card with no issue or problem in my case. Was accurate with dates, reliable and very professional. It was a real pleasure to work with Ms. Nguyen

The most unprofessional and rude receptionist I have ever met. She is extremely rude and try to ask all private information after you call for 10s.
