I have called twice concerning a loved one in the prison system such as it is. The thing that I spoke with said they can't go to talk to an inmate that can't read or write. WHY NOT just because he doesn't read an write as well as you think you do. What's the deal ? I called today an asked for a civil packet to be sent to my loved one they can't do that either. They are just like the so called school they have in the. Prison they're just helping the ones that can move on that doesn't" need help. What do they do?? Who do they HELP???

If you have someone you love incarcerated that didn't get a fair chance, went into prison blind without decent representation information to them or write them yourself just have the name and opus # i saw someone get released at 2 am because these people get the job done

The guy that answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my ear. This was my second attempt at reaching someone...the first phone call has yet to be returned.

These ppl aren’t worth our tax paying dollars ! They take forever to call you back and when they do they aren’t any help ! SMH

Very secretive. They barely answer the phone. It took them weeks to return my message. And when they finally did. They didn't want disclose anything.
