Joanna was also very helpful and kind when helping process my mom's application. Once you apply online, you'll get a call in less than a week. Very seamless process. You're talking to actual people who care the whole time, not robots. Definitely worth reaching out and applying especially for seniors who need to line up wills and power of attorney.

However, I haven't finished talking yet, they simply said that I was not within their scope of service. they hung up on me. I really don't understand why such an organization can be called a service,

These people are terrible. Horrible service. I would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the time & go somewhere else where the staff will treat you with respect.
