NORTHERN CALIFORNIA COLLECTION SERVICE INC.

Well.. I know having something go to collections (for me it was a hospital bill that I had lost and forgot about) already leaves you in a bad mood.. I want to pay the thing off.. but so far I have called and left a message, called 20 times since then with absolutely no answer and when I got a call back they missed me since I was on a hike .. when someone calls your phone you pick up. I kinda just take for granted that businesses will pick up the dratted phone.. I guess these people are a whole other level of awful. I definitely don't want to pay anything to them. I'm gonna try contacting the hospital directly to see if I can give them my card.. I already think these folks are shady.

I did some work here and the owner and president of the business is a great person. And I can say to that he pays his bills and still not sure how but one invoice I left for him on his desk, I received the payment the very next day. You can say he is good at practicing what he preaches.

Great food and and portions. I deducted a star because there was one poor waitress for at least eight tables and the resulting service was painfully slow.

Kept calling my phone after I informed them that they had the wrong number. I called back after they rudely hung up on me. The person who answered the phone was a complete unprofessional idiot.

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible company & VERY unprofessional! Stay far, FAR away from this company.
