Office of the Appellate Defender

Not very good was assigned this office as my representation for my appeal and it's been over a yr and any time I call they put me on the phone with college students who don't know about the law and won't ask questions for me to the attorney and let me know what the answer is. They tell me I don't have a lawyer assigned to my case so that means nothing has been done in this time and no one knows anything about anything related to my appeal and what we need to do to prove the legal malpractice and ineffective assistance of my attorney and the courts by violating my constitutional rights for 32 months as a pre sentenced detainee with out a plea and denied the opportunity to do my pre trial hearings amongst many other illegal things in my criminal case
