What’s the point of having this office if they don’t work for citizens? Fire them all, they’re useless. Worse, they’ll act like they’re doing you a favor by sending a letter, yet admitting they won’t protect citizens. Useless humans, all of them.

You guys should look into bard optical. I went in with a medical card and meridian insurance was told there was no free eyeglasses had to pay $30 dollars. My friend the same medical card and meridian insurance went to bard on the westside of town and got free eyeglasses I went to bard on north dirksen parkway confronted them about this a month later but they said it was to late to refund any money

They wrote a letter to the merchant and within a month I had my money back. After being ran in circles on the phone for four consecutive months, I finally recieved my refund. Don't trust discount plans, get insurance.
