Public Defender Shawna Light allows her emotions & personal opinions dictate the future of her clients. She will make sure your child gets taken from you. I would not trust her with tour child's case or your own. She will lie to you repeatedly & then speak ill on you to the judge in court. Please be aware of this person. SHAWNA LIGHT. She doesn't have your best interests in mind.

It was super clean officers were very nice a professional-looking building law offices was nicely decorated and organized. All the people in the building that work there from the police officers to the doctors to the directors and system directors staff is very helpful patient. All were friendly fast and efficient at their jobs and seem very happy to be working there made me feel really comfortable can be a little intimidating the thought of it the staff everyone in the building was in good spirits They were approachable did I quickly released all unpleasantness of the unknown, it allow me to release any stress or anxiety prior to the visit. I appreciate whole staff for all you do all daily for us local citizens and for this lovely city. Thank you.. I felt calm, safe and welcome

Receptionist was extremely helpful, and was actually able to help me and set up a meeting with the state attorney. Answered all questions, and was very polite.

Everyone from the polite and kind women who answers the phone to Cathy in my public defenders office and especially my public defender,Stephen Kowalaski are absolutely amazing and really care about helping you in every way. They have made this not so great time in my life not so bad because of their kindness and help.

The public defender that is handling a matter for my adult child is AMAZING. She is beyond dedicated and a hard worker. Always makes time for us. The women at the front desk are super friendly. Very impressive
