The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman at the desk as you enter the waiting area is always smiling no matter how many times I have been there. I've had the pleasure of meeting Maugerite. She's a beautiful person inside and out. That makes a difference. While I was waiting, every person said hello as they walked to their office. What a pleasant atmosphere!
