I had 5 ticket from trafic stops and I went to jail for not having a driver's license and ola raza told me that I had a long criminal record and they advised me to not go thru with my paperwork for my residence card that i could be denied.. I told them to go thru with it and now I'm a citizen.. I feel that they are not knowledgeable enough to help people..

I called once every few weeks because I sent in paperwork to have my husband's background checked and that was in I believe December of last year I have been calling ever since and they assure me they will email me and then NOTHING but they sure did charge me I don't know if anything went through and I never got contacted to see what happened to my husband's paperwork avoid this place if you can please spend hundreds of dollars just to be stuck in limbo

bad service, every time you call the lady in the front talks to you with a bad attitude and doesn't want to answer the questions you have. Also you can ever ask for any paper or appointment because the will never have available times and you have to pay more than 100 every time you make an appointment.

Very disappointed with this place. The receptionist is very rude. I understand sometimes we have our bad days but i am a paying customer like any other. If you ask questions they give you the look like you are wasting their time, but they are very happy to take your money. They had me back and forth filling out papers! They could of gave me everything i had to fill out the first visit, instead they give you one by one. Don't go to this place if you are from out of town. They will make you miss work for every paper you have to fill out. I was so happy to go to this place because they suposedly help Hispanics a lot, but instead i was very dissapointed and will not be back. They can keep the $150 i gave them for nothing ,because they are no help.
