It’s not uncommon for attorneys to take a few days to a week to respond to clients, but when responses take weeks or never arrive, it becomes a problem, no matter how skilled the attorney is. William Burke is a decent attorney and a pleasant person, but as noted in other reviews, he initially responds promptly, only for this to be short-lived. Eventually, your emails may seem to go unanswered. If you value feeling prioritized, William Burke may not be the right attorney for you.

While he seems like a nice person, the divorce process has taken far longer than necessary. Response times are extremely poor, and his receptionist appears to be unavailable most of the time. I would strongly recommend seeking representation elsewhere.

First off, communication from this office is terrible. They do not respond promptly to emails. One time Igot a response a month after my initial email. Bill Burke seems like a great guy when you first meet. He makes you feel comfortable using his services. That's where it ends, once they get your money they do as little as possible while making you think they are trying their best to help you. Bill doesn't even show up to court with you, he sends another "attorney" (retired engineer from the railroad) that knows nothing about your case and looks lost in the courtroom. This was my first time needing an attorney and unfortunately I chose the worst.

Bill is an excellent attorney and a very fine man. He will get you the best possible outcome in your case. He’s very well respected by everyone in his profession.

William Burke is truly a gentleman and has helped me in more ways I can list.
