I had my first meeting in person with attorney Violetta through this nonprofit. She collected my personal information and physical copies of documents. Later, we had a second meeting online. At that time, she told me a decision would be reached in two weeks. Instead, the second meeting came after more than one month. She ultimately said she could not take my case and recommended I contact them next year if availability opens. I respected that decision. However, I requested that my information be deleted and not shared with third parties, since I am not a client or member. My request was ignored. I do not find this behavior professional, and I do not accept that my information is being kept or shared without my consent.

I contacted this office twice within 2 years period and only with the work-related issues (discrimination due to national originality and harassment based on my gender expression). First, what I was regret by is that when I submitted my online inquiry, there was saying that I will be contacted in 3-5 business days; however, after a week, I was supposed to contact them again just to know if I can legal help from them. Initially, they pretended that "they cannot find" my online application but later, they did not say anything meaningful about how or who can help me with my issues. I followed all requests regarding submitted documents but I got no any responses from them even after some months since my submition.
