My name was listed in a lawsuit against counterfeit textbook distributors importing massive amounts of copyright infringing books from India. I am not one of those distributors. The company hasn’t done its due diligence in identifying Doe Defendants, which is literally their job to do. If they had at all made an effort instead of this very obvious money grab, they would have quickly cleared my name from the list of defendants.

This firm rips off eBay sellers by ordering a test purchase of their products and then returning them for a refund. If you get an order with this address, just cancel it or send them a box of rocks.

Google first sale doctorine. There's nothing this fake scam company can do to you thanks to the supreme court.
