I’ve worked with Pacific Coast Legal Services a few times, and each experience has been excellent. Krista and Anthony are always courteous, professional, and very informative. They consistently go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled thoroughly and with care. Highly recommend!

Added comment: Pacific Coast responded to my review more than they responded to my filing. They point out that they submitted the documents to the court on May 27th, but I submitted the documents to Pacific Coast Legal on May 23rd. Their response? "Oh! You wanted it submitted on May 23rd? You needed to add a "RUSH" to that." That's the problem that they just will not accept any accountability for. I stand by my review. Communication is terrible. Service is slow. No follow up. Little accountability. A recent filing took THREE WEEKS. I have used them for years, and as of today I stopped and went to One Legal. Within two hours my filing was accepted by the court, and a courtesy copy delivered to the presiding department. I received emails at every step: file uploaded, file submitted, file a
