My greatest life lesson is NOT to deal with debt consolidation companies. Only if I can turn back time. I’ve paid off my debt in full since October last year. I’ve called multiple times to ask about when I’ll get my official letter stating all my debt has paid off blah blah. But it’s February… 4 months and haven’t heard a peep. Anytime I called there is just a person on the line telling me something that’s not really clear. Telling me they’re waiting on the creditor to give them the letter? Or their team to notify the creditor? I don’t know..Besides why do I have an outstanding balance on my credit report still? It’s been 4 months honestly it’s making me nervous it takes this long to closed the account and be done. I just want to move on with my life from this hole.

I had an account with Citibank. Citibank made the offer it was not negotiated. Yet, they will charge me almost 28% for just sending my payments. I don’t like how they take big amounts out to pay themselves first. I have tried logging into my portal time and time again. I have called they have send me links. I still can’t even sign into the portal. I ask a simple question was is my complete payoff. They have to get back to me. I have learned a valuable lesson the hard way. Talk to your creditors yourself. I could have paid my creditor and been on my way ro establishing a better credit score.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen, I used them for debt consolidation and all they do is call you repeatedly asking for more and more money I would've been better off just paying the debt myself and working with the creditors instead of this place. If you need debt consolidation I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere because this place isn't it, and furthermore when I called about the completion of the program they have not called me back, probably because they're not getting anything else from me. If I could give this place a no star review I would it is that horrible, If you're talking to this place about consolidation I woud RUN, this place is fing worthless. I see on the reviews here of other people the owner of the company post's on here that they're going

This company is a scam. They pay themselves first and tank your credit in the process. Every time I talk to them there is a new number or something additional on why they cannot settle accounts. The original person will sell you a dream on what this program actually is and when you sign the dotted line you will only pay more than your original debt but your credit will be tanked for many years to come. I beg you to look at other options as this is the worst financial decision I have ever made by trusting them to do right by thier customers. This is a huge scam.

They are running for profit debt consolidation in New Jersey. You can only do this as a nonprofit in New Jersey. They are operating illegally and need to be held accountable to the law. They are also refusing to return my money and They have taken more of my money than they have paid out to debtors after. Threes years. They are switching businesses names probably because they are running illegally and they’re starting to catch on and I asked for a total accounting of my money and what I heard bottled my mind and I reported them to the Attorney General of New Jersey three times and have not heard back and will not stop counting them contacting them until I do and if I have to, I will contact the FBI and go federal
