We hired Omair to represent Go One Global in a dispute with a contractor who had not contributed any work but was requesting payment. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The day before the hearing, Omair told us that he had accidentally lost all of the case files and evidence, and I had to bring my copies to help him recompile the material. I was billed for the time spent assisting with this. Later, he advised that our case had little chance of success, and we ended up settling despite clear documentation that supported our position. Overall, I found the experience disorganized and unhelpful.

We worked with Omair to handle company intellectual property filings (such as name and logo registration). In my experience, the process was very basic and lacked follow-up. After the initial filing, there was no communication about the application’s status, next steps, or updates that might have been required. It felt like the matter was dropped entirely. For business or corporate legal work, I would prefer someone with more initiative and consistency in managing ongoing filings.
