Parsons Behle & Latimer

I employed the services of the St. George office of Parsons Behle & Latimer to obtain a legal opinion on subsections of four Utah codes and subsections of two Ivins City ordinances. I was very disappointed in the quality and lack of completeness in their work. The draft opinion letter I received from this law office contained minor typos, at least one incorrect citation of Utah Code, personal opinions in lieu of strictly legal opinions, ambiguous/conflicting language that required clarification and/or correction. On further review of Utah Code, I believe one element of their letter may even mislead a person in an accurate interpretation of Utah Code. For a low 4-figure fee, I received a letter that was insufficient and inadequate for use. The quality of their draft opinion letter was
