This place is a terrible establishment. They were so quick to take my money but cannot send any confirmations or anything regarding appointments. I had to call in to make sure my appointment was still today and they told me yes at 3pm. Time comes around no call. An hour later I call and they tell me I’M supposed to call the office for my appointment. I’ve never heard of that. It’s absurd requested my payment back the lady I spoke to was very unprofessional and lying to me about informing that I was supposed to call was a slap in the face. Yes I was rude back and cussed her out. How dare she lie to me that they informed me. They sent an email and didn’t mention it either! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SLOPPY BUSINESS.

I cant believe that people have actually given such careless ratings to this law firm. As a customer (in this case a client), your job is to give an honest and comprehensive opinion about your attorney and the law firm on a general basis. I used to live in a different state when I started my immigration process, and I could list a hundred reasons why I did not like the attorney I was working with back on the east coast. Frankly speaking though its not because she was not doing her job, it was because of her overall approach and demeanor.
