Paul S. Detch Inc., Law Office

Paul Detch is definitely not a fair lawyer. He charged a $3000. Retainer fee frome my husband and me and went to court 1 time for an hour and didn't even really say anything and maybe filed 2 papers. For $3k??? WHAT??? Would not return any of the retainer to us. Bad thing is that in WV some of the best lawyers may charge up to $400. an hour. Not Paul Detch... Apparently he charges $1,500. an hour. If your smart you will find another lawyer, I wished we did!!!

I am from North Carolina and was traveling for work and received a traffic citation in Lewisburg. Mr Detch handled the entire case so that I did not have to appear in court. He was able to achieve a very favorable outcome for me. He is a winner who gave his best for this client.

Mr. Detch is an awesome lawyer. He does whatever he can to make sure he is able to get his client the best possible. His secretaries are all so nice & friendly. He returns your calls, same day. He is a genuine attroney.

awful. did nothing to help our case. we even had to write our own interrogatories for him to simply forward over, he failed at that as well. he ended up walking away leaving us high and dry.
