I hired Ms. Thomas for an uncontested divorce. She was speedy with receiving payment and filing however i had issues with everything else. It was difficult to get in contact with her (email, phone calls, surprise office visits). I was always told it would be two weeks, another two weeks, another two week,before holidays but she was never true to her word when the decree would be completed. When i finally sent her a termination of services email she responded and asked i look at what she’s completed. Even that appointment was postponed because she was not prepared for appointment. I ended up finding new representation after 6 months of being very patient with Ms. Thomas. If you are planning on hiring her, do your homework. Honestly, this was the worst $10,000k I ever spent . She was supposed to help me get custody of my daughter and she saw me bad in her eyes since the second I met her. Probably cause my age.A majority of her staff was very rude, every time I spoke to them or walked into her office.She basically let me bomb myself in court instead of speaking up for me and doing what an attorney should and WHAT SHE was paid to do !! She tried to parent me the entire time and act as if she was my mother cause in her words “I know you never had one and I shouldn’t have to be telling you things your mother should’ve “ she outed me to the judge for things that was never asked for.
