I hired Caleb and Dan to work on numerous real estate matters with contractors and tenants. They have been super professional and I've had amazing results so far. They're not cheap but definitely have saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars and I highly recommend
Richard has been super helpful in setting up our corporation and creating contracts for our newly formed LLC. He is always very responsive and helpful. We have dealt with other partners in the firm and they have been equally great.
My company had a terrible experience with this law firm. It ended up with a sever judgment against us when we were initially the plaintiff! I don't recommend them and strongly caution anyone to hire this firm. All we got out of Payne and Fears law firm is " pain and fear!
