I'm beyond thankful for Pegasus and the amazing individuals that helped us. Our process was very straightforward and it happened fairly fast. Thank you!

Called last Wednesday, no response til following Monday! Made appointment this am at 9 when the intake person called back finally for this afternoon at one! Called in at one got voicemail. Not given an extension to dial. Intake person finally called at one forty five playing it off... How can vunerable kids with trust issues, legal issues and mental health issues possible trust such apathetic, irresponsible adults ? Great big fancy webpage soliciting donations though!!

If I could give them no stars I would, wasted my time inquired for help years ago was told they could not help me. I desperately need help again now and they admitted to not getting back to me years ago. They will submit there note and have me set up with a lawyer. I called back I had questions and information, they then told me they don't have a family custody lawyer to represent me. There lawyer who handles those cases is on leave won't be back until June. I stated they should let people know before they apply and you waste time they don't have trying to fight for your child. If you need help for your custody case DO NOT BOTHER CONTACTING THESE PEOPLE!!

This place spoke with my step son without his Father who has custody consent, when non custodial mother forced minor child to call them. Mother violated the court order discussing the case with minor child and lying to him about what the motion filed was about and told the minor child he had to fix it and used the firm to assist her in using the child they told the minor child to write a letter to which mother took over. When father called as mother told father he was legally represented by this firm no one called him back to either confirm or deny. For a firm claiming to help kids you allowed an adult to use a child and use you. You think you’d be more professional luckily the judge saw this as something mother provoked and did not take it in to consideration but it something that could h
