Perez-Siams and Associates have been extremely disappointing to work with. Jamila, in particular, consistently speaks in a very condescending tone, which makes communication uncomfortable and unprofessional. The team as a whole is rarely available to resolve urgent issues, and instead of providing support, they seem to delay the process unnecessarily. It often feels like these delays are intentional, which gives the impression that they’re taking advantage of the situation rather than helping resolve it. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Perez & Siams Associates have been the worst professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Their dismissive and condescending attitude makes them come across as both unprofessional and disrespectful. The only thing they seem to excel at is overcharging and taking advantage of people. One star is generous, and only because zero stars is not an option.
